Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated (bound to a device HWID). Once a license key is activated, it is considered used and is non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact your authorized reseller or email support@antimatterav.netwall.in with your order number and license key. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Activated license keys (bound to a device)
• Demo or free trial licenses
• Licenses older than 7 days from purchase
• Licenses revoked due to Terms & Conditions violations

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund will result in immediate license revocation and account suspension.
