License keys are issued by AntiMatter AV administrators or authorized channel partners (resellers). Contact your reseller or visit the Customer Portal to purchase a plan. Each license key is unique, tied to your device, and validates your subscription period.
To create an account: (1) Obtain a valid license key from your administrator or reseller. (2) Visit the Customer Portal and click "Create Account". (3) Enter your license key, email, password, and profile details. (4) Your account will be linked to your license automatically. Note: Only paid, valid license holders can register — demo or trial keys cannot be used for account creation.
Currently, AntiMatter AV supports Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and Android 10+. Native iOS/macOS support is under development and coming soon. All platforms share the same cloud-based license system and management portal.
Parental controls include: screen time limits, app usage restrictions, web content filtering (age-appropriate), GPS location tracking (child safety), activity reports sent to parents, safe search enforcement across all browsers, and the ability to block specific apps or categories of apps remotely.
Each license key is bound to a single device via its Hardware ID (HWID). To protect multiple devices, you need separate license keys for each. Family and business plans that include multiple licenses are available through your reseller.
The intelligent firewall monitors all network traffic in real-time. It blocks unauthorized inbound connections, detects port scanning attempts, prevents data exfiltration, and flags suspicious outbound communication. You can create custom rules to allow or block specific applications or IP ranges.
When your license expires, real-time protection is paused but the app remains installed. You will receive notifications reminding you to renew. Contact your reseller or visit the Customer Portal to renew your subscription and restore full protection.
